We’ve perfected the art of pairing logistics with design to give you a smooth and stress-free planning process. Split into 3 phases, so you’ll always know what comes next, our approach is designed so you can enjoy this journey from start to finish.

In this phase, we start with an introduction meeting. We enjoy getting to know our couples and hearing more about their love story either in person or virtually.
Once we’ve held your first introduction meeting, the planning of your dream wedding or event has begun! From there, we’ll handle initial logistics like showing you your planning portal and choosing your vendor dream team.

To begin your journey with us, please fill out the questionnaire on our contact page. After completing the online event questionnaire, you will receive a brochure with detailed information about our services and we will schedule a complimentary phone consultation.
During our phone consultation, you’ll learn more about our services and philosophy to ensure we’re a good fit. Once we’ve determined that we’ll make a great team, you’ll receive a proposal via our savvy online portal. From there, you’ll be able to sign your contract and pay your retainer.

We take great care to ensure each event we produce is 100% unique. To achieve the style and scale of our signature events, we create a package specially made for you.
We do recommend a minimum spend per guest count based upon the location you are getting married in.
